By accessing or using Remote Career, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Remote Career, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

2. Platform Use

You agree to use Remote Career only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • scrape, copy, or misuse data without authorization

3. Job Listings and Applications

  • Employers are solely responsible for their job postings and hiring processes
  • Job seekers are responsible for evaluating job opportunities
  • We do not verify all content and do not guarantee the legitimacy of listings or candidates

Remote Career acts only as an intermediary platform.

4. Fees and Payments

  • All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Remote Career (excluding user-generated content), including:

  • logos
  • design
  • text and graphics

is owned by or licensed to Remote Career and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., profiles, resumes, job listings), you:

  • retain ownership of your content
  • grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operating Remote Career

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of Remote Career is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

8. Disclaimers

Remote Career is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding:

  • availability or reliability
  • accuracy of content
  • outcomes of using the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Career shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • disputes between users

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Remote Career harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the platform
  • your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • your infringement of any rights of a third party

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Remote Career at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Croatia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Remote Career after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
